I got this converter to play with my old PlayStation on my PC monitor.
The device is as simple as it can be, converts the AV signal to HDMI, and can output the signal at 720p or 1080p, the quality obviously does not change but can be useful for some monitors or televisions that have a built-in resolution scaler.
Another very important note is the input lag which is very easy to encounter on these devices. personally I have not encountered any noteworthy delays.
In short, for the price, I recommend it!

You have to manually adjust the upscale and also provide it with enough power. But it’s good for converting rgb to hdmi. Do note that most rgb signal around 480p so don’t expect a good picture.
