The cutter arrived quickly. The heating element was slightly deformed, but it did not affect its functionality. The cutter heats up to a working temperature within ~20 seconds. It easily cuts 10 cm thick polystyrene foam. Work must be conducted in a ventilated room. Immediately after use, it is advisable to wipe the cutter (heating surface) with a piece of cotton fabric. Don’t forget to remove the polyvinyl tip from the end of the cutter before starting work :)! I recommend the product and the seller.
