The blood pressure is accurate to my blood pressure monitor, the rhr, steps and sleep readings are accurate to my fitbit and a days usage with hourly health tracking drains the battery at 10% a day

Looks and feels good, easy setup, beware when installing the app, it tries to trick you to create an account that you don’t need. When you open the app you can skip the login or use google to create an account so you can save some ring data but it is absolutely not necessary.
I hope the ring doesn’t scratch too much or not at all.

The ring was delivered quickly. After charging, I set off immediately. Overall, I am very satisfied. It is understandable that blood pressure measurement only comes close to an upper arm measurement.
Unfortunately, there are some significant discrepancies in the counted steps on my smartwatch. Additionally, I don’t see a map in the app during activities, even though I have shared my location.
What also bothers me a bit is the fact that the battery capacity in the overview does not match the actual value. This partially leads to the failure of the ring, as the battery unexpectedly runs out of power.
Overall, still a nice “toy” for keeping an eye on fitness metrics.

I purchased a smart ring for the first time. I received the product within the specified date. I am very satisfied with the excellent cost performance. I bought one size smaller, but perhaps even smaller would have been better. I use it on my middle finger, but it could also be used on my thumb. The app connection was established quickly. However, during golf use, the connection with the app was lost, so I couldn’t retrieve the logs properly.
