The description of the product – “set a unique 4 digit code for each lock and enjoy keyless security for your files.” and the picture of the product is of a small box with a 4-digit code. but the product you get is a small box with only 3-digit code. misleading advertising, very disappointing. i will not buy from this seller again.

It did not arrive within the expected timeframe. Low-quality material for the price. The image shows 4 digits but there are only 3 digits, and I bought it specifically for its 4 digits, so now it’s of no use to me. I haven’t tried it because I wanted to return the box, but AliExpress won’t let me, something that has never happened to me before. I am very dissatisfied with this product and the service.

The locking mechanism can be cracked in less than 5 seconds by scrambling and putting tension, and the whole design is so flimsy, i can open it and still take anything without knowing the password. i will not recommend buying this product, as the security is like leaving your front door open.

It won’t lock. I tried sliding the pin to change the combination but it still doesn’t lock. They tried telling me to take it to a fed ex to return the item i don’t have a driver’s license how am i supposed to get there. I got this to keep my pills locked up so the kids don’t get in them but i’m not going to be able to do that now
