1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Affilishops.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you must not use this website or our services.

2. Marketplace & Dropshipping Disclosure
Affilishops.ca is an online marketplace that facilitates the sale of products from third-party suppliers 

    • Product Data: While we strive for accuracy via our Product Analyzer tools, we do not warrant that product descriptions, prices, or shipping estimates are error-free.
    • Supplier Responsibility: We act as an intermediary. The actual contract for purchase is between the customer and the supplier, though we facilitate customer support and dispute resolution.

3. Affiliate Program Rules
Affiliates must adhere to the following:

    • Ethical Promotion: No “spamming,” misleading claims, or “cookie stuffing.”
    • Earnings: Commissions are calculated based on successful, non-refunded sales. We reserve the right to withhold payouts for fraudulent activity.
    • FTC/Advertising Disclosure: Affiliates must clearly disclose that they earn a commission from links provided.

4. Pricing and Payments

    • All prices are subject to change without notice based on supplier fluctuations.
    • We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical sync error.
    • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store full credit card information.

5. Intellectual Property
The “Affilishops” name, logo, and the custom code for our Product Analyzer are the property of Affilishops Market-Place. You may not reproduce or “scrape” our content for commercial use without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
Affilishops.ca and its parent company, Affilishops Market-Place, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of products purchased through our site, including but not limited to shipping delays caused by third-party logistics.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of  Ontario.
