Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview
At Affilishops Marketplace, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because we source products directly from global suppliers to offer you the best prices, our return process is designed to be streamlined and efficient.

2. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. If 30 days have passed since your package was marked as “Delivered,” we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

    • Perishable goods (food, flowers).
    • Intimate or sanitary goods (undergarments).
    • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
    • Downloadable software or gift cards.

4. Valid Reasons for a Full Refund
We provide a 100% refund or free replacement for the following cases:

    • Damaged/Defective Items: If the product arrives broken or non-functional.
    • Wrong Item Received: If the color, size, or product is different from what you ordered.
    • Non-Delivery: If the item does not arrive within our maximum delivery timeframe (60 days).

Note: We require photo or video proof of any damage or discrepancies to process your claim with our suppliers.

5. “Change of Mind” Returns
If you wish to return an item simply because you no longer want it:

    • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
    • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
    • A 15% restocking fee may apply depending on the supplier’s requirements.

6. The Return Process

    • Initiate: Email our support team at [Your Email] with your order number and the reason for return.
    • Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address (do not send items back to the address on the package without contacting us first).
    • Inspection: Once the supplier receives and inspects your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

    • Check your bank account again.
    • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
