Affiliate Program Agreement

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

By applying to the Affilishops Affiliate Program, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to reject any application if your website or social media presence contains content that is unlawful, harmful, or defamatory.

2. Promotion & Traffic Sources

To protect the integrity of the Affilishops.ca brand, the following rules apply:

  • Approved Methods: You may promote via social media, blogs, email newsletters, and personal websites.

  • Prohibited Methods: You may not use “Pop-ups,” “Pop-unders,” or “Cookie Stuffing.”

  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): You are strictly prohibited from bidding on “Affilishops” or “Affilishops Marketplace” keywords in Google Ads or Bing Ads.

3. Commissions & Payouts

  • Commission Structure: You will earn a percentage of the net sale price (excluding shipping and taxes) for every successful referral.

  • Cookie Duration: Our tracking cookies last for 30 days. If a customer returns within 30 days and makes a purchase, you get the credit.

  • Payment Threshold: Payouts are made when your balance reaches $50.00 CAD.

  • Schedule: Commissions are paid on the 1st of each month for sales made in the previous month (this allows for the 30-day refund window to clear).

4. Use of “Product Analyzer” Tools

Affiliates are granted a limited license to use the data provided by our Product Analyzer (Powered by Content Egg). This data must be used “as-is” and must not be manipulated to provide false price or stock information to customers.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. If your account is terminated for a violation of these terms (e.g., fraudulent sales), all pending commissions will be forfeited.

6. Relationship of Parties

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship between you and AFFILISHOPS MARKETPLACE..
