A great product. Works perfectly with a silicone sleeve. Two small shortcomings: the clamps at the bottom only open 4-5 cm, which does not allow for connection to a thick work surface. Another shortcoming: at the end of work, there is always 100 grams of meat left that cannot be removed (can be turned into a kebab). Other than that, works perfectly.

well-made device. the piston fits very tightly against the cylinder walls. metallic tips, rigid. However, to be honest – plastic ones also look reliable.
Configuration options – a spare and not some special piston, a spare silicone seal for the bottom of the cylinder (I don’t know what could happen to it, honestly). In general, a minimal configuration is sufficient – with plastic tips and without a spare piston and seal.
