    It work but no support

    One of the most ridiculous products I have purchased on Amazon and the seller does not want to refund. I’m having a lot of difficulty getting reimbursed because the thing doesn’t hold up. The support does not hold in place, it is really a bad purchase.

    Perfect! I Love it!

    Screen is perfect, adhesion is perfect on my Thinkpad, would depand on the finish of the laptop. But for me all work perflectly.

    Rapport qualité prix excellent, facile à installer, un produits de qualité, qui est fait très solide.Je utilise depuis 1 mois, à tout les jours, il garde la charge tout une journée de travail, se qui me permet de le transporter vraiment partout.J’aime particulièrement le fait que l écran tourne 360*, se qui permet de montrer à une personne en face de mon ordinateur, la même image ou une autre image que mon écran de base.

    I LOVE this option

    Bought the secondary screen not quite sure what to expect and was VERY happy with the product. Customer service care was also better than I could have expected… seller answered my questions promptly and was able to offer solution to the issue I had.Would very highly recommend.

    Monitor needs to be rotated time to time to be calibrated otherwise screen background will be upside down

    Was not connecting

    Tried hooking it up to my MacBook Air as it presented as compatible.Came with 3 cords 1 hdmi, usbc, regular usb. USB was just for power that is supposed to be connected to your computer, tired it with three hdmi to get picture & picture did not work. Flashed the brand of the monitor cargo & its looking for connection which never happens, tried following Mac directions to get it connected everything that I was doing was not working. Tried using the usbc that was supposed to be a combo of both usb & hdmi, still no connection. Even tried using a connection cord incase my laptop was too old.While doing my return I was reading on how to trouble shoot still no solutions. It was asking plug everything in as indicated on instructions in the box, but then there was a step that said please power on monitor with power button (you can tell it is on with a blue/white led light)Which there was none, it also mentioned to turn off your computer & turn it back on for screen sharing still nothing.
