Works perfectly
Easy to install. Works well on a full metal fire door that weighs at least 75 lbs. Door is an interior door so there is no wind to compete with. Confirm what class of opener is best for your project.

Dangerous, counter-productive, possible litigation pending
As a skilled tradesman, I was able to install this with ease. However, it made the door feel significantly heavier, which no adjustments could fix. I reached out to product support through amazon, who proved to be of zero assistance. The final nail in the coffin, was when the door hinge became unsecured on it own and fell onto a friend’s head over the Christmas holidays. Without question, this is the worst purchase I have ever made from amazon.

Excellent ferme-porte !
Excellent ferme-porte. Installation un peu difficile car le gabarit arrivait sur un espace vide pour les vis du shoe. J’ai donc mis un peu plus haut et c’est tigidou ! (Plus bas ça aurait pas fonctionné !).

Stay away
Used their “handy” template which doesn’t fit the actual hardware. I should have looked first but now I’ve got two holes in my door that don’t need to be there. Template appears to be for a different model than what was sent. If they can’t get this detail right, I’m guessing they took shortcuts on the hardware too.
